ALON MP3 Player for Series 60
ALON MP3 Player for Series 60 is an audio player
which supports MP3, OGG and WAV - the most popular audio formats
with built-in 3-Band Parametric Equalizer.
MAIN OPERATIONS
- You can open the menu by software buttons.
- To start/stop playback press the button "Play"/"Stop" or right software
button>Play/Stop.
- To change the volume press the Joystick right/left while listening
the track or press the right software button>Volume.
- To rewind the song hold "Pen" and press the Joystick right/left.
- To use fast rewind press left software button>Hot keys and choose handy
hardware buttons (you may choose 1,2,... 9, 0, *, # buttons) for forward and
back rewind.
- By pressing forward or revers buttons you will "turn over the pages"
of your playlist. To scroll the playlist press the joystick up/down.
- You may scroll playlist while listening
to music in two ways:
- 1. If you press left software button>Settings>Scroll playback>Off
you will simply scroll it.
- 2. If you choose Scroll playback>On selected track will start
to play.
- You may choose the way of positioning the tracks at the list: showing
the beginninr or the end. Press left software button>Settings>Show tracks'
end>Off/On.
PLAYLISTS
- To choose the folder for playback press the left software button>Play
folder and choose required folder.
- If you would like to choose folder and all subfolders for playback choose
Settings>Play subfolder>On.
- Managing tracks. You may move the files to other folders by pressing
left software button>Move. Also you may rename and delete files (press
left software button>Rename/Delete.
- You may choose the way of playing the folder. Select Settings>How play
the list and select the appropriate mode: Play track, Play list, Loop track,
Loop playlist, Randomize.
HOT KEYS
- You may sign all actions such as play, stop, pause, forward rewind,
back rewind, on/off equalizers, switching between playlist and equalizer
to hardware buttons.
- Press left software button>Hot keys and assign handy buttons for the
listed actions. You may choose 1,2,... 9, 0, *, # buttons.
EQUALIZER
Each band (EQ1, EQ2, EQ3) can be used for amplifying all frequencies.
Each band has 3 parameters: bandwidth, center frequency and amplitude
which can be changed independently from each other.
Bandwidth can be chosen by sliders. It shows the span of frequencies
which will be amplified.
Center frequency can be chosen on the X-line and it differs
from 20Hz to 16kHz.
Amplitude can be chosen on the Y-line and it differs from -20dB
to +20dB.
- Press right hardware button and choose "Equalizer" or select the
button "EQ".
- 3 independent equalizers are switched on/off by hardware buttons
1, 2, 3 or you may assign other buttons (press left software button>Hot keys).
- To change center frequency or amplitude hold "Pen" and move equalizer
by joystick.
- To enlarge bandwidth hold "Pen" and press the Joystick. To constrict
bandwidth hold "Pen" and press "C" button.
- If you edit one equalizer and want to switch to other equalizers press
left software button.
- The equalizer which is editing is marked by "Eq editing" and all
others as "Eq edit". Choose the required equalizer and start to edit it.
- While editing equalizers you may manage playback or switch to
playlist by pressing the right software button.
M3U PLAYLISTS
MP3 Dictaphone supports M3U playlists.
You may both use Winamp playlists on your smartphone and use playlists
created on your smartphone at Winamp.
- To create playlist press right software button>Manage playlist.
- You may add track, add folder, remove track and clear playlist.
- "Add the folder" means adding only the folder and not it's
subfolders.
- To save/load/delete playlist press right software button>Playlist
and choose appropriate line.
- You may load playlist which you have created before exit the program. Just
press "Last Playlist" after launching the Dictaphone or press right
software button>Manage playlist>Load last.
INTERNET RADIO
- You may add a station choosing right software button>Manage
playlist>Add station.
- Or you may add stations from M3U Playlist.
- You may edit stations' names after selecting required station and
choosing "Rename".
- You may use Internet Radio for free even after ending of trial
period!
